Who will work on my landscape?
Our designer, Melissa McCormick, spent her early career as a Park Ranger, and developed a love of restoring and managing natural ecosystems. She holds a B.A. in Biology, and an M.S. in Natural Resources Recreation. She completed a certificate in Landscape Design in 2020, and a Permaculture Design Certification in 2022.
We have some relationships with local contractors who may be able to help you with installation.
What are the benefits of native plants?

- Attract and support native pollinators, and reduce pests
- Self-sustaining
What if I don't want to have a native-only garden ?
The best garden is the one that fits your style and your desired maintenance level. It can be difficult to find native plants locally, so we also believe in "free-scaping" (using plants you already have) and in working with what is available locally. Ultimately, our goal is a healthy ecosystem that also beautifies your home!
